Lol and Metallica never sold out...Black album anyone? And the albums that followed. Silverchair didn't sell out, they evolved as a band and got different influences and it divided fans. They kept making different albums from the one before. They were probably more popular around frogstomp than when they went in a more pop direction. Diorama is easily their best album anyway.

yer but metallica redeemed themselves with their last album and after they stopped caring about people downloading their mp3s lol. they were borderline decision as their early stuff was great.
