Where's this patch from?

Looks to me like it's part of the nuggets logo, but i have seen some kobe patches with light blue on it. I know the lakers throwback jerseys were that colour. But, having said that, the yellow writing on it makes it look even more like its from a nuggets logo. Opinions welcome
