Where can one find the official forum rules?

I've been looking around this morning and can't find anything that has the forum rules posted in one place. I don't want to trawl through 10 pages of search results for 'forum rules'. Can you please make it obvious where it is, both for new members and also so I can check something?

Click "Help" and then on the left hand side "Terms and Rules".

Thanks - that's really not obvious especially when you click the drop-down box and that isn't one of the options...
