What do Hoops Red parallels come in?

Im chasing all the hoops Kobe's and until this week, no Kobe red (red border, not red back) had appeared.

One appeared last eeek finally but the guy wanted $30 for a /299 card.

Just wondering what packs the red border's come in?

I know the blue was retail only but there have been tons of them appear, yet only one red version... What's with that?

Even when you search, theres only a dozen of any other player too.

It doesnt help that when you search red, you get 1000's of 'red back' versions.

I believe this is correct. I personally have never had issue finding the Target red exclusives but I ALWAYS struggle with the Walmart blues which is quite frustrating.
