What are the best scanners for cards

I might be looking to buy scanners so I can scan my cards for ebay.

What is a good scanner to buy. I want one that scans fast and can capture the effects of refractors, foil, etc nicely. And what is a good price.

I think hill had a post comparing his scanner with his friends. What scanner was that that made the refractors shine.

The one that my friend used to make the refractors show up fantastically was the Lexmark X6170 Multifunction (Fax/Copier/Scanner/Printer).

Im unsure if they are available in Australia - im going to have a look around today.
