I've just dug up some old childhood cards and have some sets I'd really like to complete.

I have a range of trade cards (mostly from 93-94 Upper Deck + Fleer 94-95 but other random series' too), so happy to buy or swap if I happen to have anything you're after.

Bulk/multiple cards preferred.

I'm also interested in inserts for these 3 series too (92-93 Upper Deck, 93-94 Upper Deck + Fleer 94-95).

Yes, I would be interested. I have the complete 93-94 UD Team MVPs and Rookie Exchange (silver) sets, and a few others there but generally hunting any that are floating around.
