One week from today, Panini America’s Optichrome-infused Spectra brand will spread its wings into another sport with the cavalcade of niceties (thick stock, vibrantly colored Prizm parallels, rare die-cuts, loaded autograph and memorabilia rosters) that have made the brand a perennial favorite in football and basketball, and bolstered by a checklist featuring the greatest soccer stars on the planet.
Set to arrive in hobby shops across North America next Wednesday, each hobby box of 2016-17 Spectra Soccer will deliver five autograph or memorabilia cards, a base parallel numbered to 75 or less, a die-cut parallel numbered to 65 or less and three base cards on average.
