It's just a joke. Paul Carter probably wouldn't be quite young enough for a Young Gun.
SKD might still be the league sensation, but I think a combo like Cordner and Watson/Manu would be more likely.
As for Souths, LS surely has to be Burgess this time, and I'm hoping Crichton for YG but probably will be Aaron Gray, maybe Hymel Hunt?

Attached is the Sales flyer for Elite 2017, it has all the detail your customer need to make a decision to buy.
Product release date is the is Monday the 14th of August we will have you the stock the week prior.
The RRP remains unchanged, the prices below include GST
- Packets $7.99
- Boxes $191.76
- Cases $1,917.60
- Albums $29.99 (albums do not contain packets of cards)
Highlights of the release are:
- Case Cards – 15 cards to collect, limited and numbered to 30 case cards per design
- All Star Box Cards – 10 cards to collect, limited and numbered to 100 per design
- Dally M Ribbon Patch Card – 1 design limited to 250 only
- Road the finals patch cards – Only three of the four teams in the Semi Final round are represented in this year’s release, because a match worn jersey for the 4th team could not be provided to TLA there are 150 unsigned cards and 50 signed cards per team.
- Road the final Double header patch cards- New in 2017 features two match warn jersey patched for two teams playing in back to back finals 75 per design
- An Emerald Mojo Packs has been introduced in 2017 which sits alongside the Rugby and Sapphire mojo packs
- To complete signatures series are included in the release including Young Guns 16 cards and League Sensations 16 cards in each to collect
- The Artist Caption series is back again in 2017 initialled by Dave Cain. Dave Cain will attend the NSW collector fair in October at Penrith to hand sign these cards. TLA will apply holograms to those cards at the fair
- All limited memorabilia cards and signature card contain individually numbering and are hologramed, all memorabilia patch cards are a joint venture with Futera and come complete with colour grading and code for collectors
