Well, that didn’t last long. Just minutes into the Wednesday work day, Panini America officials announced that the live-today 2018 Donruss Baseball was sold out, no doubt bolstered by the inclusion of the company’s first autographs of Japanese baseball sensation Shohei Ohtani. While his debut in the product will no doubt have as much an impact on sell-through as it did on sell, you’ll find in the Teaser Gallery below that 2018 Donruss Baseball has quite a bit going for it in addition to Ohtani.
It’s got tons of variations and dazzling parallels and Diamond Kings and Rated Rookies and a little bit of everything else that makes the flagship Donruss Baseball brand the quintessential season-opening release. You saw quite a bit of that in yesterday’s Quality Control Gallery. Below, we take you pack by pack through two boxes of the product.
