Finally got to test it out,no thanks too anyone here I might add......

Freight for 1-20 standard sportscards,4x7x3/4 bubble mailer, declared value under 100.00 was 2.79 7-12 day delivery .

TWO Dollars

So,keep it in mind when someone tries to charge you out the ass for international shipping from the US. That is a standard fee for that size package, which I use to ship all of my cards, from anywhere USA to Australia.

Good luck, don't let em bend you over on shipping any more.

lol theres guys on ebay charging nearly $30 aus for shipping of one card...

man I paid $45US for my jordna rookie PSA 9. express insured BS. 3 days travel.

well worth the investment I thought.

but I agree some overcharge on minor cards.

i cant stand these greedy sellers that charge anything over $5 for non registered post from the USA i bought two cards today and i spent $6 on cards and $8 on postage

I charged 12.00 for my 1st transaction off of eBay and used that to practice and figure out how to go about it.
An international slip works as a delivery confirmation,so that is not needed to be bought.

The only issue for the seller is how the post works in other countries.

I am going to have to word my auctions to let buyers know I cover the package to CUSTOMS with that persons address info on the package but no after it leaves customs due to problems I am already having.

Deal with 2 people from Australia on eBay and both are already nightmare deals.
Lost money on 1 and card damaged by customer, claiming it was "Already like that",sending it back for a refund.

I am unsure if sending internationally is worth the trouble, through eBay

this is why I send global priority/insured out of the U.S. on any decent sized item. I make nothing on postage (as it should be) and the package gets to Oz in 3 days.. and I've never had an issue sending to Oz and it's a shame i cannot get the wife to agree to move there

I agree on no profit. I think mine are structured to where I do make a profit though, 6 cents :)
I wanted a "catchy" number so i opted for 2.79 instead of 2.73,which is my cost as I do not ship via a printed label from USPS, I go to my post office and ship from there. If I have any questions or concerns they go out of the way to help me,so it is worth the 62 cents I would have saved using the web, but I also help them keep their jobs like anyone else who goes in to ship
I had quoted a USPS price of 11.97 for a small package from here to there, hence where my shipping rate on my 1st ebay sale came from. I have offered to refund half to the customer, his reply was the card was damaged...go figure
