I first discovered this teacher by this video that a friend shared with me, the rest they say is history.
After viewing this I was blown away, one of those life 'WOW' moments.
There had to be more from this guy, does he have a website etc etc.
Yes, yes and yes were the answers.
The next video of his I found, after many hours of researching was this:
From watching this video I taught myself this form of Qi Gong and practice it religiously every morning.
Along with meditation (a return to my roots of Ninjutsu training) and some study of Buddhism, I am a more relaxed and happy person.
I know life is full of frustrations, particularly at the moment. If this in some way helps just one person, as it has me, then I am happy.
