Searching in a forum for deal threads

Just looking for advice on how to search. What I want to do us to open the submit sales & trade agreement forum and search for all posts I am involved in to see which are still marked as in progress so I can close them..........is that still possible?

Just click on "search forums" and then input your username into the "Posted by Member:" field and then select "In Progress" from the "Thread Prefixes:" field and then finally select "Submit Sale and Trade Agreements" from the "Search in Forums:" field.

If you go into the Submit Trade Agreements forum, and click search you can search for posts made by you and tick "search this forum only"

I have it on my to do list to make a button/page which shows all threads in that forum for a particular user that they have started/replied to. I also am looking into automatically moving completed threads into the Completed Deals forum. This has been a manual job until now - that's why it isn't done very often. Hopefully I can change this.
