Huge loss, contacted the bank can’t get a refund unless he agrees his end to do it, spoken to tla can’t receive the cards with out the redemption card being sent in? F…….. shit all areas

Yeah I’m with ya mate . I grew up being taught if you did the wrong thing to someone you payed the price . Found out a few years ago that’s not how a judge sees things unfortunately. 15k later and here we are . Can only hope karma will slap him silly .
Can you go to the police with something like that ? Considering you’ve payed for something without receiving it and have his details ?
