Replacing damaged card?

Hi all,
Has anyone sent a damaged card back to select to get replaced? I pulled a Tom rockliff platinum Brownlow predictor and it has a scratch across the Holo and while small is noticeable.
Any experience or advice anyone has?

Haven't heard of anyone getting replacements of Brownlow cards but might pay to send them a message and ask the question.
