Our Customer Service team will be on holidays from the coming Wednesday (19th December), until January 15th. Anyone with redemptions to send in should hold onto them between now and then to ensure nothing gets lost or misplaced by AusPost.
When I first started sending in redemptions I would always send a email registering it with a tracking number and they would reply within 24 hours but nothing at all lately?
As long as I get them don’t really care lol, but a reply would of been nice now that I have a card in transit to a office with no body there
I remember i had a redemption card and it said i could call TLA to register it, but called the number and got told to email it instead? what's the point of putting the phone number on the redemption then?
