Are these cards signed in person or a facsimile Signature?

Are these fan made? Why do they have FOG# doesn’t this mean former origin great? There are a few on eBays with description of being post card in size but not photo or the back of the card?

I’m not sure what the deal is but the maroons posted pictures on Instagram of them at rebel sports signing these and giving them out

By the looks of it they are bigger than a card.
