I brought them on eBay from USA, just type in custom made binder inserts and should come up, n yes they have a wide range, i brought 2 different raiders of lost ark as I have extra sets of them.I brought inserts as was cheaper then buying sealed folders. The inserts look great and will really enhance my sets, I’m going to buy more, also postage for the inserts was roughly $60 as I brought 9 sets (there is a flat rate I think was $20 n every extra set added about $4 more in postage each time) they come with a front n rear cover n spine label. I’m very happy with them.
