Photobucket question

I want to start photo documenting my collection online. I notice most use Photobucket to do this for their own collection. My question is... is there a main reason that Pb seems to be the favorite photo hosting site? Any drawbacks or other suggestions?

Photobucket is free and has a nice capacity.
Pretty sure you will get your whole collection on there with ease.

Okay, I'm figuring out what's what on PB. What is the difference between libraries, stories, and albums?

I have only ever used the Library, so cannot give you an answer to the other two, sorry.
