"Neon" Leon Trimmingham video

In honour of @FreshJays23 achievement of obtaining every Trimmingham card, I thought Id post an extract from my 90s 36ers doco, Title Town, of the great man.

People easily forget his athletisicm when the James Ennis' of the world come and go. But in my mind, Neon Leon is still the best dunker this league has ever seen. Especially at only 6'4.

Trimmingham was definitely taller than 6'4" though

He'd have to be the only import to grow a few inches on the plane

Most imports arrive much shorter than advertised.

Yeah alot used to. Pretty sure Trimmingham was listed at 202cm in the NBL.

Calvin Talford was only 6'4". He was an awesome dunker too.

Great doco Coopz brought back a ton of memories, Leon was just as good blocking shots as he was dunking the rock! I would take Leon over Childress anyday (Sydney team)! Calvin Talford bam he was a craaaay craaaay!
