Need help on a long overdue redemption card

Hi all,
I've redeemed a redemption almost a year ago and have not received anything as of yet. I have sent UD several emails with no reply and it really getting to me now. It say's on my upperdeck account please be patient athlete committed to sign soon. Has anybody had this happen to them? or know who i can contact about this or anything i can do?

thanks for the info mate, 2 yrs is ages... i don't mind waiting all i wanted was an email back to just let me know what was going on or if they can replace it.

I've been waiting for a Deron/Parker dual auto for about a year...no replies from UD. Annoying thing is that there have been heaps of Deron/Parker duals out in the interim time, so I don't like my chances of it ever coming.

Yeah, I had one for nearly 3 years as well and not a single UD e-mail reply.

I just take it as "normal" service and just wait till whenever they get around to whatever they are doing....

i tried with the email you gave me but it's not a valid email anymore it keeps telling me email failure. I'm waiting for a kobe auto too and am not liking my chances.
