Need help - links not directing me to the right place

I've noticed in the past couple of hours whenever i click a link on the forum (to ebay or any other external site) its not directing me to the right place and an error screen comes up. Its only happening on OCT and here's the error that keeps coming up. Any idea whats going on?

Wow it's not just me lol when ever I was clicking on an ebay link from OCT IE not able to display this webpage. I just put up a thread about it in the help forum.

I'm using IE.

No ebay commisions for OCT while this is not working. (the cynic in me is saying its ebay's way of saving a couple bucks lol)
