Mark waugh rare card?

Hi guys I have this. Got it when I was a kid. Has been in case since I got found in a pack. Is it worth anything?

Don't mind the case it's pretty rough but the card should be in perfect condition. Any info would be appreciated.

This card means a lot to me as it was the very first hard to get card i ever pulled from a pack. I remember the exact place i was and my reaction, i ran back into the shop to show the store owner. I still have it to this very day. But for how nice this card is and how hard it was to pull it's actually not worth a whole lot. It all depends on timing, have seen them sell for upto $70ish, but i think between $35-$50 is more realistic. Most people who want one already have one by now.
