Luke hodge Teamcoach Gold with Premiership medal photo on back

My son pulled a Luke Hodge Gold card but instead of the hawks logo on back there is a photo with him with the premiership medal.... just wondering if they are all like this or it's a sp?

any help would be great, cant find anything on it so far
