Little help

This card was sent in a white envelope and got damaged. The seller is refunding my money but what feedback do i give him?
Any help would be great. I think a neg would be very harsh as i did this once and i aplologised for it and payed for the card. But he said he wont refund any of the postage as he has to walk to post it.lol
The fact is he still doesnt realise what he did was wrong dissapointed me a bit.
Any help would be great.

I also posted this on the beckett boards and one of the guys in the US said he has the same card and will give it to me for free, hes sending it tomorrow, thats very unusual for beckett but props to John Wise.

Yeah neutral. It's wrong to do a negative because he made up for it. Just put yourself in his position. Even if you do put a negative, I'm sure it will be retracted anyways (as it is the right thing to do).
