It’s Monday of
National Treasures Release Week, which means
Panini America is now just two days away from launching one of the most anticipated
NBA trading card products in years.
2012-13 National Treasures Basketball goes live on Wednesday packing the kind of super-premium bells and whistles that will reverberate throughout the collecting universe for quite some time.
We’ve previewed many of the set’s finer assets right here on
The Knight’s Lance in the last few weeks, including the
impeccable selection of Kobe Bryant autographs slated for inclusion and a gallery of the set’s
to-die-for Printing Plates and patch cards. Today, we’re bringing you a must-see ensemble showcasing some of 2012-13 National Treasures Basketball’s top-flight signature selections.
Here are a few notable highlights worth mentioning before you get to the eye candy, though. Obviously, you already know that
Kobe Bryant has live autographs in the product. But so does
Kyrie Irving . . . and
Kevin Durant . . . and
Dwight Howard. Dwight Howard? Indeed, for the first time ever in a Panini America product, Howard will have certified autograph cards. It marks Howard’s first autographed cards of any kind since the 2009-10 NBA season.
Kobe, Kyrie, KD, Howard, Anthony Davis . . . the checklist goes on and on and on. Check out just some of the thrills in the gallery below, and stay tuned to The Knight’s Lance later today or tomorrow for one more must-see gallery — this one detailing the set’s spectacular
Logomen cards.
