Managed to get the above at Australia and Pakistan training. Only Maxwell and the coaches showed up to train. Smith and Warner arrived a bit later for a meeting I believe. A few of us went to the team hotel for little while, and we got Starc, Hazlewood and Wade. A few of us also arrived at the ground early on match day to get the commentators.
