Got my 30 GIG Ipod Video for $450 last year. Pretty good, with the warranty it's been replaced once but it's still awesme!!

i think the biggest thing is how many songs you have to put on it? If you only have 1 gig probably not worth getting the 80GB version.
don't forget if you are a student or know one you can apple education pricing also watch out on the apple website sometimes they have refurbished models very cheap.

I have had a mini for 3years havent had a problem at all.....even would look at the new nano and shuffles there also not bad value
