Hi folks,

seems like I created a monster.:woot: Sorry I can't help with anything else other than cricket.
Have had some fantastic feedback on the threads.
Everyone is curious about what is actually out there.
I only collect cricket cards because there is no other sport in my book:lol:

The Bradman gold facsimile signature does not have a sticker so the number issued is unknown unless anyone else can come up with any numbers.

Ricky Ponting 4380193
Matthew Hayden 4380203 - 4380253
Jason Gillespie 4380380
Brett Lee 4380751
Damien Martyn 4380844

Post your numbers and let us see how many there are.;)
I have 2 x Hayden cards because one is not signed.
If anyone has unsigned cards from this series please let me know as I may be interested in purchasing same.

Happy hunting crew

regards Russell:thumbsup:

Hi crew,

Pics for the benefit of anyone who hasn't been able to access these cards.

Loving the threads mate, these cards look awesome. Were they in packs or via redemption? Cardzone says that there is 160 of each making a total of 800 cards. Not sure how accurate that is.

Hi Jason,

they were in the packs. Nothing sweeter than pulling out a signed card.
I can still remember getting very excited when Brett Lee jumped out at me and had trouble opening the rest.LOL
The guy I purchased the Hayden unsigned card from said it was even better when he pulled a signed Hayden and found the unsigned piggy-backing it.
If we can get some contributions on the numbers we can get a better idea of how the numbers stack up.

regards Russell

Dear Doctor Jeckyl

I only have Brett Lee 4380252 (number before blank Hayden)

Good luck Ron

Ah Ron,

Dr Jeckyl indeed, if ever I wanted a sidekick it would be you brother, what a team.:woot:

Ricky Ponting 4380193
Matthew Hayden 4380203 - 4380253
Jason Gillespie 4380380 - 4380431
Brett Lee 4380252 - 4380751
Damien Martyn 4380844

Unfortunately the numbering of this series may not be sequential.
We need some more input in case this is an anomoly:kick:

Walshy, in relation to your query a Brett Lee from this series sold last week for $61.50.
The average price is $50 to $70 with Pontings demanding a price above that.

It is also interesting to note that there was an unreleased card being that of Katich.
Currently on ebay at $800. It is interesting to note that his Gillespie sig is listed for $300.
In the words of Darryl Kerrigan from the movie 'The Castle' "tell him he's dreaming."

happy hunting guys

regards Russell:thumbsup:

Hey Russ, wow you are on fire!

Mine are:
Ricky Ponting 4380831
Matthew Hayden 4380179
Jason Gillespie 4380525
Brett Lee 4380482
Damien Martyn 4380839

So to update your records for you they are now:
Ricky Ponting 4380193 - 4380831
Matthew Hayden 4380179 - 4380253
Jason Gillespie 4380380 - 4380525
Brett Lee 4380252 - 4380751
Damien Martyn 4380839 - 4380844

Definitely seems to be some sequence issues with these...

Cracking threads these. I swore not to collect anything made after 1996 however i may need to make an exception with these topps cards

Welcome to the thread guys,

yes Owen they are a nice set to collect.
The only drama was no McGrath Sig:mad:
Despite that they were a great card.
Curtis, you are on fire at the moment brother.
Look forward to seeing the number.
Hi alex, your contribution confirms the assumption that the sequencing of numbers from this series is out of kilter.
This obviously makes it hard to confirm the run, never-the-less it has still been fun.
Further contributions may confirm short runs of sequencing?

enjoy

regards Russell:thumbsup:
