Im not totally against AFL boxes and had a look today and found some available for pre sell

Hey im probably behind the times but how much have you guy seen a box of AFL 2009 been sold for just curious i might even order a box of them

the pre sale they are avaible at 14.03.2009 so only two weeks then

they range from 58-68

2009 Select AFL Champions series 1, 12 boxes per case, 36 Packs per box, 7 cards plus 1 holographic die cut guernsey card per pack.

This set consists of

* 195 Common Cards (12 per team)
* 195 Holographic Die Cut Guernsey cards (12 per team) 1 per pack
* 64 Gold Foil Signature Cards (4 per team) 1 in 6 packs
* 16 Draft Rookie Cards 1 in 36 packs
* 32 Star Gem Cards (2 per team) 1 in 18 packs
* 16 Mascot "Superstar" Gem cards (1 per team) 1 in 36 packs
* 6 Double Trouble cards (2 players on each card) 1 in 108 packs

damn, no Richo/Cousins Double Trouble card! Ok, so maybe a Richo/Deledio card would be more like it, but what is with the Thomas/Davis DT card? Next we'll have a Travis Cloke Legend Signature Card lol!!

Nope, but there is a Cousins Gold Foil Signature card that you receive if you purchase the official album. Album comes with the Cousins card, 24 sheets and 2 packs of cards for $19.95

It is a different design but nothing radical.

No idea how many albums are produced but i'm sure it wouldn't be a small number.
