Help with ebay

So someone placed an order on my ebay ordering a 2018 Status Fat pack, on my dashboard it says payment initiated but not done yet, I realised this right before posting and contacted the buyer, he said to cancel the order and see if we can put it through again. I marked it as sent already so how can I cancel the order?

Can you still mark as unsent ? used to be able to. then either you or they can request to cancel order

Seems like marking it unsent isn't an option anymore. Any idea how to cancel order?

Sounds like the buyer may of paid with an e-cheque man.

This means that he or she had a 0 balance PayPal account, and PayPal have deducted from their bank account instead.

If you log into PayPal does the transaction show up in there, but says 'pending' with no funds available for that transaction?

Happens to me all the time, and takes about 5 business days or so to clear. I'd highly recommend not sending any items until it clears because the buyer can dispute easily on their end.
