Help Identify a signature on 2002 STG ARL Foundation Card

As the thread title suggest I am looking for some help identifying a signature on the back a 2002 ARL Foundation card I have.

Looking at the 2002 Dragons squad I can't find any players with remotely similar names... maybe Ryan Cullen was the name of someone who used to have some role in the Dragons junior leagues clubs?

It definitely looks like Ryan Cullen doesn't it? As Matt said there was a Ryan Cullen playing for Redcliff and now that I search a bit harder I can see he has now signed for Moss Vale which isn't far removed from the Illawarra. Maybe he has moved back home?

He was named in the QLD Cups 20th anniversary team have played 154 games for Central QLD, Redcliffe and Easts and scored 112 tries across a career which spanned 2003 to 2010. He finished with 449 points. Seems like a Central QLD product according to this:

Just reminded me. I'm a school teacher and was teaching Blake Austin in 2002. Knew he was going to be a star so got him to sign a football I stole from sports store. Be buggered where I put it!!

Not even sure how I came across it and have two of them
