You wouldn't be able to sue anyway. They'd claim something beyond their power, even though they are still using O'Neal v O'Neal promo. They should use Wade v Pacers!!!!

Funny how we all know (as informed followers of the NBA) that Miami is really Wade's team, but they are promoting the team as Shaq's team, as he has the bigger drawcard.
