Have you ever seen this?

Hey, I was wondering if anyone has seen this card anywhere before?

One sold I don't know how long ago on Charles Leski Auctions for $240 and that's the only one I've seen FS.

I'm desperately seeking this card and any help would be appreciated!

The card in picture is from the 1963 Scanlens set. If you got a spare 3k, l should be able to hook you up with a mint one.
