They're called Artistic Selections, they're a bit weird to me because they are a thick Select card and for no reason really. I believe they're meant to be a case hit but as far as case hits go they aren't amazing in my opinion. The gold parts are gold holofoil. I've just back into my old bad habits of wanting everything regardless of whether they are actually good or not LOLMissed the notification for the tag for some reason!
