Last day or so, I have been clicking on pages on OCT and get a

Gateway time out page come up

I have to go back or refresh and sometimes it happens more than once in a row!

This is the only site I am getting it on....

Anyone else??? Very frustrating

Do you know how to do a traceroute ?

Go to start -> run
type cmd and click ok
in the black box that comes up type
tracert ozcardtrader.com.au

PM me the results or post them here

Results should look like this

C:\Users\graham>tracert ozcardtrader.com.au

Also, was this happening at home or work or both? Best to do the above where you are having the issues.

OK a second Optus user has reported issues.

Anyone else with similar problems ?

Just at home mate. Did the traceroute, and it looked similar to the one that you had, though don't think its something I want to go posting...

Ok - right now its not going to help because you can access the site. But if you can do that when you CAN'T access the site, then save it in a word doc or something. When you can access it again, copy and paste it into a PM for me to look at.

I just need to see where the issue is in the path between you and the server so I can hopefully get it resolved.

Graham, I think it might be an IE8 problem and not an Optus problem...
I was having major dramas doing anything on this site in IE8, but since I started up Firefox and came on here I haven't had a problem with anything...
