Never sent cards. Sent fake tracking number after I asked number of times then said he lost the tracking number while moving house. Said that to four different people over the span of five weeks.

Says he is in Melbourne but lives in NSW.
Only accepts PayPal FF or bank deposit.
Won't accept normal PayPal even if fees are covered.

Name he his PayPal is is different to the name he gets stuff sent as.

His brother was banned from here for the same stuff. So it couldn't potentially be the brother.
 
Thanks for the info and heads up. I have done 99.9% of my sales over eBay so don’t have any experience with people changing details etc.
