I came across this site on another board that may be a bit of fun for those that like to do mock drafts..
http://www.first-pick.com/NFL/Home.aspx

It only allows you to do it for one team, but you can make trades (well they offer you trades, I have not yet worked out how to offer one myself...) then you get graded and given a score at the end.

Haha my Seahawks draft

The best I have managed for the Raiders so far is:

Your score is: 4013 (Drafting Ability: A-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: B+)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 23 (MINN): Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama (A-)
Round 1 Pick 26 (G.B.): Kenny Vaccaro, FS, Texas (A)
Round 3 Pick 12 (S.F.): Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State (B-)
Round 3 Pick 18 (DAL): Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU (B+)
Round 3 Pick 31 (S.F.): Travis Frederick, C, Wisconsin (A)
Round 4 Pick 5 (MINN): Le'Veon Bell, RB, Michigan State (A-)
Round 5 Pick 18 (DAL): Travis Kelce, TE, Cincinnati (A)
Round 5 Pick 22 (MINN): Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina (A)
Round 6 Pick 4: Kenny Stills, WR, Oklahoma (B+)
Round 6 Pick 17 (DAL): Jason Weaver, OT, Southern Mississippi (A-)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Zach Sudfeld, TE, Nevada (A)
Round 7 Pick 3: Matt Scott, QB, Arizona (A-)
Round 7 Pick 13: Emmett Cleary, OT, Boston College (A)

Your Future Picks:
2014 Round 1 Pick (MINN)
2014 Round 1 Pick
2015 Round 1 Pick

How You Matched Up:

1. Seattle Seahawks - 4166
2. Oakland Raiders - 4013
3. San Francisco 49ers - 3720

I had a go at the Seahawks. Not sure what most of their "needs" are so based it off what they had although I don't think they were right! RB? With Lynch and Robert Turbin? ILB with Bobby Wagner coming close to being DROY? And OLB? Maybe that one was right...

Your score is: 3692 (Drafting Ability: A-, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: N/A)

Your Picks:
Round 2 Pick 26 (DEN): Arthur Brown, OLB, Kansas State (A)
Round 3 Pick 25: Kevin Reddick, ILB, North Carolina (B-)
Round 3 Pick 28 (DEN): Tyrann Mathieu, CB, LSU (A)
Round 4 Pick 24 (IND): Dion Sims, TE, Michigan State (B-)
Round 4 Pick 26: Marcus Lattimore, RB, South Carolina (A)
Round 5 Pick 5: Lavar Edwards, DE, LSU (B)
Round 5 Pick 25: Landry Jones, QB, Oklahoma (A)
Round 6 Pick 24 (IND): Chris Harper, WR, Kansas State (A)
Round 6 Pick 26: Zach Boren, FB, Ohio State (A)
Round 7 Pick 8: Mike Purcell, DT, Wyoming (A)
Round 7 Pick 14: Rontez Miles, FS, California (PA) (A)
Round 7 Pick 35 (COMP): Rogers Gaines, OT, Tennessee State (A)
Round 7 Pick 36 (COMP): Marquess Wilson, WR, Washington State (A)

I'm having a lot of fun with this! If the Raiders draft went something like this I would be very happy!!

Your score is: 3714 (Drafting Ability: B, Player Quality A, Future Draft Picks: B+)

Your Picks:
Round 1 Pick 23 (MINN): Keenan Allen, WR, California (A-) (Would become the #1 WR with Streater and Moore rounding out the top 3)
Round 2 Pick 4 (DET): Zach Ertz, TE, Stanford (B-) (Would become an instant starter with little competition on this team currently)
Round 2 Pick 10 (MIA): Eric Reid, FS, LSU (A) (Another instant starter if only due to no other competition, but looks to be the next top young FS)
Round 2 Pick 12 (CAR): Jesse Williams, DT, Alabama (A) (Start at NT with Houston and newly signed Vance Walker at DE in a new look 3-4 defense)
Round 3 Pick 3 (DET): Travis Frederick, C, Wisconsin (B+) (Would compete for a starting job at either Guard or Center with Wiz moving to back to LG)
Round 3 Pick 15 (MIA): B.W. Webb, CB, William & Mary (B) (With pretty much no CB starting talent on the team would get a lot of playing time to show what he can do)
Round 3 Pick 22 (CINN): Leon McFadden, CB, San Diego State (B+) (As above!)
Round 4 Pick 13 (S.D.): Oday Aboushi, OT, Virginia (B) (Could compete for a starting RT job with Barnes who is damn useless!)
Round 4 Pick 21 (CINN): Shamarko Thomas, SS, Syracuse (A) (No one behind Branch at SS so would get the chance to be the number one backup at SS and play on special teams)
Round 5 Pick 12 (S.D.): Zac Dysert, QB, Miami (Ohio) (A) (Looks to have the potential to be the best long-term QB in the draft who would be able to sit for a year behind Flynn)
Round 6 Pick 4: Brad Wing, P, LSU (A) (With Lechler no longer a Raider, Wing would compete for the starting Punter job with last years undrafted rookie Marquette King)
Round 6 Pick 11 (S.D.): Theo Riddick, RB, Notre Dame (B+) (A combination of Quick and Elusive Riddick and Bulldozer Burkhead would be the perfect combo for when McFadden gets injured around week 2...)
Round 6 Pick 37 (COMP): Rex Burkhead, RB, Nebraska (C) (As above!)
Round 7 Pick 3: Mike Purcell, DT, Wyoming (A) (Has potential to eventually work into the DL rotation)
Round 7 Pick 13: Steve Beauharnais, ILB, Rutgers (A) (Extra LB depth for a switch to a 3-4 defense)

Your Future Picks:
2014 Round 1 Pick (MINN) (And we get an extra first round pick next year!!)
2014 Round 1 Pick
2015 Round 1 Pick
