For regular cards, one-touch 35PT or 55PT?

Just doing some shopping online to get some supplies...

Are 35PT or 55PT the thickness of normal cards. I.E. not thicker jersey or patch cards.

While on the topic, who is people's preferred online store for buying supplies?

Doing my own research but happy to be referred somewhere better!

Most jersey cards are 75pt and up, patches are thicker.

55pt and 35pt are for base cards in general, but premium brands like Spectra, Noir, National Treasures have base cards that are as thick as patches.
