You'd assume so. But I guess they could say they used the wrong jersey accidentally. Even more of a 1/1 lol. However, that's not from a 1 or 7. Could be from a pre season friendly I guess they wear alternate numbers in those (well this current pre season United did v Wigan) nice card regardless of where / who that patch came from
