?? Fees involved in paying through paypal ????

Hi everyone

I am wondering if anyone can answer this for me pls .....

I think I read in the help section of the site that we are not allowed to pay for items through paypal using the gifting area ???? Is this correct pls ???? Then I also heard that to pay through the other way there is a $4 fee is this correct pls and if so who pays the fee pls ????

The fees paypal charge vary depending on the amount sent, and it comes out of the amount the person receives.

so if you paid me $20 that is all you pay, but i get charged around an 80c fee, so i only get $19.20

(please someone correct me if i am wrong, i am going from memory here lol)
as for the paypal gift rule i am under the impression that does not exist anymore,
so there should be no need to worry about the fees, I had to find the thread to double check tho lol
