Doubt itll make any difference but i reported them.
I know they state reprint but im hoping they see what this dodgy buggar is up to....lolol at the price they want

He does specify in the item description that they are re-prints.

So while unethical and unscrupulous, it's not illegal. It just punishes the stupid eBayers out there.
