ii recently sold a card on Ebay and the person has not paid for it,so i opened up a case for non payment.
so what happens next had not contact from them whats so ever,i have tried emails no response,do i contact by phone as there number is on there?
i have not had anyone not pay before so its all new to me!
any help is much appreciated
