can somebody tell me if this card is worth anything 1 pack of 2010/2011 season update

Hi guys i went to cardzone to buy some afl stuff for myself and i saw some NBA packs sitting there, not wanting to buy anything too expensive i decided to pick up one pack of 2010/2011 season update to see how NBA cards were like

all the cards in the pack were base except i got a gold base of paul pierce 23/24
is this worth anything at all or is it just another normal base card

It is a limited base card parallel.

It might be worth something, perhaps $50 tops since celtics have been playing well in the finals? I reallty dont know.

Amazing when you think about some of the crazy prices rookies have been getting fo rtheir cards without prooving themselves for more than 1 year haha.

I am dissapointed, especially hwo he has done alright for an older guy in the NBA playoffs. I guess he isn't just a cool player as Rondo or KG to collect by Celtics fans.

well looks like the blake griffin hype train has died down a bit haha.

the more I think about it alot of the generic panini stuff isn't selling well. Guess collectors are just refusing to buy it at premium like UpeerDeck cards.

It's from a low end product, which is a major factor in pricing, if it was a low numbered Exquisite parallel for instance than you'd probably be talking some serious coin, because their about $1000 dollars a pack as opposed to $40-$60 for 24 packs.

And the Griffin and Love might be going for $35 and $20 but they won't necessarily sell for that price.

its a great hit for 1 pack, i dont think the /24 are even 1 per box. they arent tremdously popular mainly because they barely look any different than the base card. if it was a full refractor or gold refractor /24, itd be worth a lot more. but unfortunately its not, but u could get probably 5-10 for it eventually.

yea nadi, i went to cardzone last week and spent around $100 on various nba packs for the first time ( should have bought a box or one type but oh well) and honestly its just really fun and addictive to just open the packs and pull out a paul pierce or Derek Rose etc, its come to the stage where ive always loved nba but never collected the cards, since last week every time i have small amounts of cash, i put it away just to wait for the moment i have enough for a box and bust it!! nba= very addictive in my opinion, weather the cards worth $50,$100 or $2, its just so exciting to bust! just enjoy it

yea theres alot more variety in nba thanafl where your major hits are sigs which are usually numbered to around 400 where in nba most things are low numbered, there's jersey autos and other inserts we never see in afl.

(draft prospects being the only exception)
