Not happy with this clown.
Dealing with them at the moment, adfter receiving a Damaged Card, which they believe to be "Factory Damage", and I believe it to be NOT Postal Damage.
I informed them I wanted to return the card at their cost for a full refund since they were neglegent in identifying the card as damaged in the Auction Listing.
They didnt want a piece of that.
They said they'd send me "$50 worth" or Harris Cards, but could not help identify which ones, AND they wanted Positive Feedback left for them prior to them sending. Since I'm a Player Collector I could not accept based on the fact that I might have 90% of the cards they wish to send me.
I now replied stating to not to bother, I'm going to PayPal for reimbursement, if possible.
Just not sure which was is best to approach this...
