Anyone having trouble with PM

Hi..Having trouble with PM,
when I enter old-timers, try to enter comma, I get a X and name highlighted, when I put trade partners ID, I get
Oops! We ran into some problems.

• You cannot start a conversation with yourself.
• Please enter a valid message.
• Please enter a valid title.

Recipients
old-timers

• ×old-timers (becomes highlighted)

Separate names with a comma.
(No label)
(No label)

anyone have a clue as to what's causing this??

You don't need to enter your own name. Just the person you are sending the message to.

try just entering person I'm sending the message to, and when I click on label/title the name disappears.

just click the persons username and then click start conversation
