Cheers boys, yeah look tbh by the time I go through all that and pay to send em back it's probably cheaper to buy them again. Just really really frustrating as they are usually pretty good.Hey man I had the same with a Kobe I bought. I read the site and it says that they look at the cards before uploading and any condition notes are made. If they are not, you can send back and they will refund you (and take the money back from the seller I guess?) Which is what I did. Took about 5 weeks but send them an email and say you're returning it, add a note in with the return mail specifying who you bought it from etc but should be all good.
Haha and we are a pair of grumpy fkrs to start withI've had the same experience with COMC, it's so hit and miss. I literally throw 10% of the cards I buy from there in the bin. For a business that specialises in selling cards it's really not good enough but I've just come to accept it. Still makes me grumpy though!
Definitely, 20c for a top loader for each card is piece of mind. These were either A) not the cards pictured or B) the staff member grabbed the wrong stock numbersI feel for you. I would be fuming if they were mjs for my pc.
Did you select to ship with toploaders?

Fair point indeed, but I will get more annoyed if they try some BS. The Ultrabilities was the more "expensive" one of the lot and actually the one I liked the most. Will just save the hassle and grab another eventually. Just really annoyed me as I know these are particularly condition sensitive on that bottom part and the one with a condition issue is still for sale and looks mint compared to this POS.I did it for $16.99 usd - it's the principal that matters lol
Yeah I haven't had this happen before so for me personally this isn't "usual" I probably bought 20 cards in that space of time and 3 were damaged and not noted at time of purchase nor was the damage evident in the pics. Things happen, it's very annoying but to be fair over the years I have bought hundreds of cards from them without issue. It's just the Ultrabilities that really annoys me.This is concerning...makes me worry how they are treating my cards I have at COMC. I have never had a card "refunded" and returned to my account before, I am not sure if they even do that...they might just take the loss or some sort of insurance.
That's a gorgeous card. I will replace my Stack sooner or laterI would feel the exact same way if this happened to me. It must be pretty rare like you say for this to happen based off the COMC ebay feedback:
They have an amazing feedback ratio for that number of transactions, but I see someone else recently received a bad card.
I love those Ultrabilities - Superstar cards also, pretty sure I have just the one:
