2022 TLA NRL Elite Official Thread - Checklist Added

Hi everyone,

Just thought i'd post this thread as we get closer to this years Elite,
write down your predictions below and what you'd like to see out of this release

Personally as a dogs fan i'm hoping for a:
LS: Burto or the Fox
YG: Aaron Schoupp
 
Only a few months to go......im really apprehensive about what TLA will come up with......but have to wait and see I guess.

Interesting to see what replaces the spotlight jersey set.......as for the signatures, if they are still doing the YG and LS i'd love to see:

League Sensation - Brian To'o, James Fisher-Harris (was in Traders 2019) or Liam Martin.

Young Guns - Izack Tago, Charlie Staines or Taylan May seem the most likely.

As a Dragons fan 😥,it would be great to put more color back in the auto,s,but i think the thought process has become a bit stale over the past few years.2013 was the best by far.And why they can't produce colorful auto,s like select did in 2000 is beyond me.That,s only my opinion. 🙂

Are they getting rid of spotlight jersey cards? Also it would be hard to go past Tago or May for YG, they have both been incredible this year

Agreed, 2013 LS designs are Simple and so nice! Also liked the 2020 Designs
 
I wonder who the Master Series will be this year?

I am tipping Lockyer.

I don’t expect much change TBH. Something different would be great. Dual autos, past & present etc.

For Canberra, Whitehead is overdue for a signature, possibility as an LS. For a YG, plenty of good options, Starling, Timoko, Schneider, Savage.

A NSW player would be nice , but a Lockyer would be a massive improvement on last year. You think they will continue both the ball and boot patches ?

🤣🤣🤣Had enough Billy mate . Went to Melbourne for the weekend and watched the Tigers v Collingwood game at the MCG . Great atmosphere and have to say I am a big fan of Melbourne. The food and crown casino were lovely haha

Obviously hahaha. Nah haven’t really given it much thought to be honest . But we’ve had Slater and Boyd , maybe share the love?

I’ve been a massive Andrew Johns fan and for me he’s the best I’ve seen . Unfortunately I started collecting years after he signed a heap of cards . So maybe a Joey . Would be happy to pay big money for a old Andrew Johns boot patch or jersey signature. I know it would be highly unlikely though .

Yeah not heaps of NSW options it wasn't much of an era for us but probably either Gal or cordner maybe even one of the morris twins or who knows a dual booklet twin master series auto
