2012 limited case break

Picked up a case on eBay for some fun.
Overall not bad to break, a little boring due to lack of inserts.
Would have been nice to have a slightly bigger base set and to get a full set of parallels from the case instead of 60/72.
Biggest issue is condition, while the base and parallels are in great nick the autos are hit and miss.

picked up Inglis jersey auto - condition is good though material is so dark it makes the auto hard to see
Simon mannering jersey auto - great looking white auto on black patch but soft corners (especially bottom left) which seems to be the norm with these jersey cards.
Pearce jersey auto - really nice patch. Slightly soft corners but better than the others.
Gallen auto - smudged auto, one bad corner and ink stain in the back.
Benji auto - pretty good overall
Cameron smith auto - best condition of the lot.
All available other than the Inglis.

Very nice break!

I have to say that release held so much promise and has some nice cards in it.......it was just the execution that let it down (signatures you cant see on jersey pieces) and the original pack price was very high!

For sure the original retail price of that case was circa $1,440. Crazy high for what is inside.

Don’t think I beat the odds. A case of ten has 6 autos min (3 jersey, 3 normal) with every second case having the duel auto which I didn’t hit.
I was trying to get the Thaiday jersey lol, have to go buy it now

Shame those jerseys weren’t match worn. The names in this release were great, quality control appalling. I am glad TLA went to Futera for their jersey patches because they do a great job
