1996 Futera The Decider Uncut Sheet

]About to take the pic may not be the greatest though as the sheet has been rolled up (unfortunatly).

Lol sorry bout the juice bottles in the pic all I could think of to hold it down. Im in the process of getting it framed. Size wise its 102cm x 73 cm.

Now we know why every box had 456 preview cards in it!!

Looks great!

Looks great - Thanks for sharing! Hadnt seen either of them 2 sheets!
Didnt realise these sheets could be rolled either - are they a different card stock to the 4-ups? Thinner?

It makes me think now about this one I got from "good 'ol redkempy" which I thought was a bit sus at the time

The scan is exactly how it is, no white border, it is thinner card stock then every other 4up I have too. Just went and had a look at it and I think it might have been cut from one of these "jumbo" sheets... The bottom right corner, you cant see in the scan, but the card is separating in layers (hard to explain), like it has been cut!!!

God I would love to see a World Cup "jumbo" sheet now!!!

Any thoughts?

Mine is equally as dodgy Liam I bought this one and it has no border at all either and is a much thinner cardstock than all my others.

Any bloke who has 100 Border holograms x 8 must come under some sort of scrutiny surely...

Liam: for comparison here is my 96 Tribute 4-up which did not come from Redkempy. It comes with white border and numbering at the bottom of 200...

Yeah the mind boggles at the possibilities there... He is obviously an ex-Futera employee, like I think you said somewhere else Brad! Maybe he was one of the "bad" employess and yankeenz was a model employee  Yankeenz seems to have a limitless supply of Futera goodies but at least they are all legit and in exceptional condition!

I've worked in production of many other types of goods and I know the dodgy things that have gone on there ;) I guess card production would have those same "dark" elements also...

Thats awesome Brad! How it should look! Do you remember where you got that from at all?

Heres another from the "kempster" how dodgy is the "sample" writing on this

Indeed I do Grasshopper... :D

I bought all my 4-ups and samples from the same guy about 5 years ago - he used to work for Futera and I cleaned him out of everything he had. I bought my 5 Steve Waugh redemption sigs from him also along with my Marsh/Lillee sig and a few others. I was put in touch with him through a guy I once bought from off ebay - you know the old "do you know anyone who might have blah blah blah" and he gave me his details. He was happy to sell up as he was moving overseas and I haven't heard from him again. Not that he had anything left to make it worthwhile keeping in touch!

Yeah well thats great for you then isnt it :p Doesnt help us newer collectors though!

I have almost resigned myself to the fact I won't be able to track down the high end limited ones like the 5 Waughs and Marsh/Lillee for a long long time! They will be safely locked away in collections for many years to come...

PS - did you see my limited one of a kind handwritten sample above

That handwritten sample is a shocker!!

When the 4-ups have the numbered of 200sticker at the bottom they also have the Futera stamp in the centre on the back so that they cannot be cut up (see my first pic below). My Elite X1/GCM from Kempy is interesting (and I paid about AUD$40 for it) in that it is the proper release of 200 although all inserts are individually numbered. These pics should show what i mean:

Those 4ups are sweet

The weird thing is, the specialists of mine does have the authentic futera stamp on the back as well (sorry dont have a scan of the back)

Whats with that?

Interesting to see the GCM's are also stamped 1787 as well!

dont want to bad mouth redkempy, gavwill or any one selling the border holograms on eBay, but are the Border holograms found in packets slightly different from what they are selling on eBay. could be just me, but does the cards sold on eBay have a dull silver colouring for the numbering (e.g 1547/4000), does any one have the hologram from the packet to compare this? thanks

Every hologram I have ever seen has the dull grey numbering - none have the metallic silver like all of the other insert numbers for the 94/95 series.

I also have a hologram stamped "Sample" and that too is in dull grey.

I have two 1995/96 Cricket Uncut Collector Card Sheets, featuring 108 cards in total available for sale with a Certificate of Authenticity. They are a limited edition of which only 50 complete pieces were made. Anyone interested in buying them? They would great on the wall in a stylish black or mahogeny frame! I can provide more info if anyone interested.
