93-94 Fleer was the first pack I opened and holds a special place to me. The Clyde drexler pink insert were a tough hit and the auto a dream chase. Packs Usually were a dollar cheaper then upper deck at the time which also appealed to me.
I remember in the 90s one of the free to air channels would show ten pin bowling. From memory coke a cola sponsored it. Can’t remember if it was wide world of sports or SBS.
The panthers edge defence (Cole, To’o and Mcclean) is atrocious. But you have to take your hat off, they have fighting spirit and don’t give up. Losing Laurie on game day wasn’t ideal either.
Don’t know much about the prices for modern players and how they perform. I’ve always stuck to 90s and early 2000s players.
